RR RMS Utilities V. 16 is Now Available!

Retail Realm has just released RR RMS Utilities Version 16! This latest version packs in new features and functionality that continue to extend and enhance Microsoft Dynamics RMS! These include:Charge / Concierge Functionality
Configure items defined as Charge Items. Define the price for these items based on a specified duration in minutes, hours or days. Especially ideal for environments around rentals, parking, and storage service in airports, tube/railway stations, and hotels.
Lemon Integration
The RR Utilities and Lemon integration lets you become 'Lemon-Ready' and send digital receipts of sales transactions to any given email account while minimizing receipt roll costs, speeding up checkout lines, tracking store receipts online, reporting on additional purchasing information, and reducing your carbon footprint.
Kitchen Video Display
View the items in a given transaction on a Display Panel screen. For example, in a pizza restaurant, customers would order the food, pay the cashier, and pick up the items. When the transaction is competed at the POS on the front counter, workers in the back kitchen could view the display of items on a separate display screen. When they compete the order, the confirmation would show on the display panel.
Suspend Customer
In certain cases, you may need to prevent the POS from completing the transaction for a given customer. You can now configure the customer property to suspend the customer transaction.
Support Regional Language
In case your system is using the regional language and you need to view reports in that language, you can now configure the functionality to support the desired regional language. For example, assume you were located in Egypt and your item lookup codes were in English, but the items had Arabic descriptions. With RR Utilities v. 16, you can view the Arabic text in the RMS Active reports.
Control Customer Payment
When the 'Activate Customer Control Payment' option is checked on the Configuration - Options menu in Utilities, the Customer Control Payment tab is activated, which includes the Options and Cashier tabs. You can then configure the system to better control customer payments.
Microsoft Tag Integration
The RR Utilities and Microsoft Tag integration gives retailers an easy way to use a variety of recognition technologies, from QR Codes to the current Tag barcodes, and lets them connect customers from offline marketing materials to information, entertainment, and interactive experiences on their smartphones. Create the MS Tag based on Supplier, Department, Category, Items, or Filter.
